| The Torso Tiger
is an abdominal exercise aimed at weightloss burning fat that works by
holding a handle attached to a wheel with the knees on the ground where
the user slowly stretches forward and back, repeating (but it is not a
substitute for dieting healthy using good weightloss diets). . The
Torso Tiger works not only the upper and lower abs but also the waist,
chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps all at the same time.

per day.
The Torso Tiger is
similar to the Torso Track, and the claims of weightloss and burning fat
are also similar. The Torso Tiger is different from the Torso Track
in that it has 2 built-in cushioned knee pads and a unique bio-globe with
handles that are attached by resistance cables thereby allowing for a greater
range of motion enabling users to work the oblique muscles. As well
as being much smaller and light weight for easier carrying and storage,
but again, dieting by following good fat burning diets is the best way
to loose weight.
The Torso Track is
as effective as just about any abdominal exercise but as with any abdominal
exercise the Torso Tiger cannot rid the stomach area of its fat tissue.
The Torso Track can only strengthen, tighten and tone the ab muscles.
A healthy fat burning diet and/or nutritional plan is required in order
to lose weight and burn body fat tissue from the stomach area or anywhere
else on the body. If weight loss is your ultimate goal then you need
to follow a healthy diet along with using an ab machine in order to truly
slim your waist area.
