Ab Twister Review

The Ab Twister claims to be the most versatile abdominal exercise on the market today, and like all the others it makes claims of superior fat loss results.  The Ab Twister lets you select from 10 great exercises to tone and tighten 6 completely different muscle groups, all with one machine.  You can customize your workout by choosing from 3 resistance levels, or adding extra resistance bands for a more challenging exercise program. The Ab Twister also strengthens your back muscles, helping to relieve lower back pain and restore freedom of movement.  The makers claim that you can use it to achieve fast fat loss and weightloss and that it only takes minutes per day but that claim is obviously false because you cannot lose fat by using an ab machine only.  In fact, losing weight requires the use of a good dieting program geared for long term weightloss.

The Ab Twister has a set of tall handlebars attached to a padded seat via a large elastic band. When you sit on the seat and pull the handles forward, you strengthen your abdominal muscles. The set of handlebars also rotates in relation to the seat, so you can work on your side obliques as well. The elastic can be adjusted to provide three different levels of resistance, so the machine grows with your strength.

The Ab Twister is as good as any abdominal exercise on the market today but do not be fooled into believing that the Ab Twister will do more than simply strengthen and tighten the abdominal muscles because you cannot begin losing weight until you begin following a good dieting program geared for long term weightloss and fat loss.  The only way to lose fat and burn away the body fat tissue that covers the abdominal muscles is to follow a specific fat loss dieting program.
