Ab Slide Review

The Ab Slide is advertised as convenient, portable, and best of all extremely effective, dramatically improving your body, promising fat burning and weightloss.  With the Ab Slide all you need is 3 minutes a day and you will feel the strengthening and toning of your lower and upper abdominal muscles, obliques, chest, shoulders and arms.  However, to loose weight you really must begin dieting using a fat burning plan geared for long term weightloss because abdominal exercises and ab machines alone cannot do this for you, you cannot loose weight just from using these types of exercise machines.

The Ab Slide is easy to use, simply put your knees on the floor, grab a hold of the handle-bars and push forward.   Although the Ab Slide is as good as any other abdominal exercise the Ab Slide will do nothing to rid the body of its fat tissue and it certainly won't help you to loose weight if you are not dieting also.  Abdominal exercises are only good for strengthening and toning the abdominal muscles.  To loose weight and body fat tissue a person must follow a specific fat burning diet geared for long term weightloss and slimming.

The claim that using the Ab Slide for 3 minutes per day will effectively change a person's body is not true since no weightloss will happen if you are not dieting to loose weight.  Using an exercise for 3 minutes per day will not burn body fat tissue nor change a persons' body.
