Ab Roller Review

The Ab Roller abdominal exercise allows for perfect execution of abdominal crunches by way of a built-in padded arm rest, head rest and hand rails that comfortably and automatically support you in the correct position for an optimum workout of the obliques (side of the waist), upper and lower abdominal muscles.  This will strenghten your abdominal muscles but you will not achieve any real weightloss or fat burning as a result (to loose weight & burn fat you msut follow a good dieting program also).

The Ab Roller abdominal exercises eliminates the strain and pain of lifting your head and shoulders and holding them in the correct position.  Basically the Ab Roller gives you a complete abdominal workout while protecting your neck and back, but again, if you are looking to loose weight this may not be the best method to go about accomplishing your weightloss goals.

The Ab Roller is the exact same exercise machine as the Ab Sculptor.  The Ab Roller and the Ab Sculptor are arguably the 2 best abdominal machines due to their simplicity, light weight, easy range of motion and overall effectiveness to stress the abdominal muscles and we recommend these ab machines only to strengthen your stomach muscles but not for weightloss because in order to loose weight and burn fat you need to begin dieting and following a good healthy nutrition program.

The only true way to loose weight and burn fat tissue is follow a good fat burning dieting plan aimed specifically at burning fat fast.  Abdominal exercise machines do not burn fat tissue all by themselves and if your main goal is weightloss then using ab machines is not really what you are looking for, but rather you need to follow a good fat burning dieting program which will allow you to loose weight from all over your body.
